Automation updates

Just updated the game with some additional features for automating AFK streams:

1. Timer to automatically restart the shift after a win/loss;
2. Chat can vote to !restart the shift after a win/loss (eg. to bypass the timer);
3. Automatic view switching after a period of time.

All of these are optional, and initially disabled.

Additionally, I added a !help command which outputs the (brief) gameplay instructions to chat.

I intend to sometimes AFK stream the game while I do other stuff, so feel free to drop on by https://twitch.tv/romlurk and play along if it’s live!
